Our star gazing evening April 2 will take place at Glenburn Lodge,
The venue administration Manager has granted WRAC members permission to be there.
Attached and below please find all the relevant information for our club members and visitors for tomorrow evening:
No food or beverages may be brought onto the property from outside, we do have a restaurant and bar and are a fully lisenced property.
No fires to be lit on the rugby field.
Parking is permitted alongside the rugby field, not on the rugby field
Please keep in mind that we are in a World Heritage Site and have wildlife on our property, so we do not allow any form of domestic pet on the property.
Anything the guests bring with them must be removed when leaving, we do have bins around and all litter must be thrown away.
The rugby field needs to be left in the same state as it was found; we have hot air balloons that launch from that site most mornings on weekends and the area must be left completely clear for this.
It is quite easy to find directions to us on Google Maps; I suggest it to all my guests that before they leave the house they use Google to get directions from their homes to us.
Visitors and members may arrive in evening daylight or from about 5pm. Please tell the gate security that you are there for the WRAC Star party.
New members and visitors are most welcome to join us.In warmth and friendly togetherness we watch the night skies amazed, astounded and often greatly humbled, while time and the world goes by.
